How much does bulk SMS cost with CloudWave?
You pay per SMS part with no monthly fee — you only spend when you send. The exact per-part rate depends on your Sender ID and is always shown in your dashboard before you send. Long messages and Bangla (Unicode) text split into more parts, so the price is calculated transparently for every campaign.
Can I send SMS from my own software?
Yes. The CloudWave REST API (v1) lets you read your wallet balance, list your Sender IDs, send one or many messages, and fetch per-message delivery history — authenticated with an API key and secret over plain JSON.
Is there a WHMCS or WordPress integration?
Yes. A WHMCS addon module sends SMS for orders, invoices and support tickets, runs bulk campaigns and lets clients top up by paying a WHMCS invoice. A WordPress & WooCommerce plugin sends order receipts, order-status updates, new-user and comment alerts, and bulk campaigns.
Which mobile numbers can I send to?
All Bangladeshi mobile numbers in the formats 017XXXXXXXX, 8801XXXXXXXXX and +8801XXXXXXXXX. Numbers are validated and normalised to 8801XXXXXXXXX automatically before sending, and invalid numbers are skipped.
How do I add credit to my SMS wallet?
Top up from the Add Funds page using bKash, or pay a WHMCS invoice with any gateway enabled in your WHMCS. The wallet is credited automatically and a send is only accepted when the balance covers it.
Is Bangla (Unicode) SMS supported?
Yes. Messages containing Bangla are detected and sent as Unicode automatically. The portal shows the detected encoding and the number of billed parts before you send.
